2018 Program Timeline


July - September 2017

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

September 29, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

October 4, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is October 6, 2017. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).

Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).

Deadline to submit the Employee Eligibility Check List (paper employee survey option only).

October 6, 2017

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

October 6, 2017

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

October 13, 2017

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

October 20, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

October 27, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

November 1, 2017

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

November 10, 2017

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).

December 2017

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

January 2018

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to participating companies.

March 2018

American Banker will announce the “Best Places to Work in Financial Technology." The benchmarking portions of the Employee Feedback Report are sent (if purchased).
